i think that the movie Beowulf is a good movie overall. There are some things that I really like and some things that I don't like so much. The fact that Beowulf is portrayed as a guy who is very boastful is kind of intimidating. I think he is shown as strong but making him fight naked is kind of a stretch. I like the movie because it has a lot of action. I dont like all of the gore, though. The monster Grendel looked just as I pictured him. I wish that the movie was mroe like the epic.
I think that Beowulf is an intreguing movie and epic. In the epic Beowulf was boastful because of the Anglo-Saxon culture. He was also much more respectful in the epic than in the movie. In the movie Beowulf was very sleazy, espcially towards the women of the town. So far, i like the movie better because its more appealing to our age group.

I thought Beowulf was a very good movie. Ive only seen half of it but it has been really good so far. I think its interesting how he fights naked.
